The wedding day coordination service is to relieve the Bride and Groom of all the responsibilities on their wedding day so that they can enjoy their special day.  This package is for the Bride and Groom that have planned their dream wedding but need some assistance to make everything come together as family and friends enjoy the day without the hassle of attending to details, while ensuring a memorable, stress free wedding!

• Initial meeting & ongoing consultation
  

  We will have an initial meeting 4-5 weeks prior to the wedding, after which, we maintaining on-going communication throughout the planning.

• Vendor management
  

  Meet all vendors hired by yourself to ensure a positive and professional relationship is established then review all contracts and oversee the delivery of the same till your wedding day, as we also now serve as the point of contact on your behalf.

• Wedding rehearsal coordination
  

  We work with the wedding officiator to choreograph the wedding ceremony, procession and recession as well as supervise the pre- wedding walkthrough and help iron out any twists.

• Wedding day Co-ordination
  

  The wedding day is finally here! We will be on site to manage the day and ensure that all goes smoothly. Everyone and everything will be where they should be, and nothing is forgotten and we will tactfully manage any unanticipated events or surprises. All you have to do is enjoy your special day!
